ARC is a working-class led organisation refusing to accept the erasure, sanitisation, and sidelining of our class within social justice movements. We are organisers, workers, survivors, and strategists building the knowledge, networks, and power needed to confront wealth inequality at its roots, not with polite appeals but with collective resistance and political clarity.
ARC was born from what many of us already knew: working-class people have always been at the sharpest edge of exploitation, yet rarely at the centre of movements that claim to fight it. Instead, we have watched middle-class culture dominate activist spaces, dictating what leadership looks like, how people should speak, and which forms of struggle are considered legitimate. We have seen working-class organisers invited in only to be ignored or reshaped into palatable versions of ourselves. ARC emerged as a refusal of that.
